The serving is set by body weight, at least 1 capsule per 10 kg a day, so a 60 kg adult takes 6 capsules, split between morning and evening. How to use
Take at least 1 capsule a day for every 10 kg of body weight. Example: 60 kg = 6 capsules a day, 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening.
